Multi-view to Web-ready 3D Asset
A GameSkill original: front, side and back reference prompts, any image-to-3D provider or 3D MCP server, then a tested glTF Transform pass that simplifies, fixes orientation, resizes textures, applies Draco and builds LODs inside a triangle, file-size and shape-deviation budget. Tested on a real 277k-triangle TripoSR output.
Three.js: Load a glb and Assemble a Scene
A GameSkill original: load a glb (Draco included) into three.js asynchronously and wire a small playable scene around it: a boat on an open sea with a water shader and matching four-probe buoyancy, steering, colliders, a loading bar, lights, pooled wake particles and WebAudio sound.
AI Mesh Weapon Rig (split, rig, fire/reload, FPS viewmodel)
A GameSkill original that turns one fictional prop mesh into a first-person viewmodel GLB. It splits the mesh by material or baked texture colour from a small parts spec, rigs rigid parts on root, slide, trigger and mag bones with muzzle, eject, mag and grip sockets, bakes fire, reload and inspect clips, measures the mechanism and checks the GLB. A three.js FPS viewer plays the clips and puts the muzzle flash on the socket. Prototype quality: generated meshes still need cleanup.
BabelDub
Agent skills that translate and re-voice a game you own in each character's original voice, using local models (VoxCPM2 + RVC), then repack FMOD banks or loose audio natively with backup and rollback.
De-AI Game UI (remove the generic AI look from menus and HUDs, checked by a lint)
A GameSkill original that strips the tells of AI-made game UI (purple-blue gradients, glass panels, neon glows, emoji icons, one big radius, everything centred, identical buttons, epic-journey copy) and rebuilds the screen from the game's own world. Ships a 12-rule lint that reads computed styles in headless Chrome for any framework, a before/after pause menu and a mutation test proving every rule can fail.
Free Game Stack (pick from 12 free open-source repos, wire them, ship to itch.io)
A GameSkill original that turns the popular "12 free GitHub repos, a game studio for $0" list into a plan: one engine and at most one tool per need, chosen from Godot, Phaser, Babylon.js, Kaplay, PixiJS, Matter.js, LDtk, Piskel, Howler.js, ink, Colyseus and butler, with licences checked and a reason for every tool left out. Ships a picker, an ink compiler step, a pack step and a pre-upload check, and Lantern Courier, a tested example using Kaplay, ink, Matter.js and a Colyseus room.
Game Trailer from Code (Steam trailer and store images)
A GameSkill original: turn your own running game into a 15-second Steam gameplay trailer and every store image with code. Frame-exact capture, a JSON cut list, zh/en captions and SRT, a soundtrack synced to game events, an H.264/AAC encode, and a checker for Steam's trailer rules, loudness, the 6-second microtrailer and the capsule sizes.
GLB to Godot Acceptance (is this model really done?)
A GameSkill original that decides whether a 3D model is ready for a game: Godot 4 imports the GLB like any file in the project, then checks import errors, triangle budget, size in metres with Y up, origin at the base, materials, colliders, the clips the code plays, a drop test on a floor and runtime errors, with a fix for every failure. Works on any GLB from Blender or an image-to-3D model.
Godot, One Mechanic at a Time (reference folder, grey box, tested mechanics)
A GameSkill original for building a Godot 4 game with an agent in an order that holds up: a reference folder with a style-prompt JSON, a grey box, then one mechanic per prompt in its own script with its own headless playtest, re-running every earlier playtest before the next. Ships templates, checkers for the reference folder and project layout, and a tested 2D example (run and jump, then glide across a gap) whose playtests catch a broken mechanic.
Image to 3D Hero (one picture to a playable rigged GLB, free open-source route, three.js WASD)
A GameSkill original that takes one character image to a third-person hero you can walk with WASD, using free tools only: TripoSR or TRELLIS.2 for the mesh, UniRig or Blender for the rig, Quaternius CC0 clips, then a headless Blender fix step and a GLB check for scale, feet, facing and clip names. Meshy, Tripo and Mixamo are listed as alternatives only. Tested on Bram, a made-up stand-in hero.
Kart Drift Boost (tiers, windows, ramps)
A GameSkill original: arcade kart drift-boost rules that reward skill. Drifts charge three tiers, release opens a 0.85 s window you must press in, counter-steer adds a CUT bonus, ramps give one air and one landing boost, boosts take the maximum instead of stacking, and walls cancel everything pending.
Mechanic Picker (choose 2-3 mechanics that need each other, one page, bot playtest)
A GameSkill original for the step before building: pick two or three game mechanics that work together from 24 cards, scored against your input, day budget and wanted feel, write them on one checked page with a playtest question each, and prove the pair makes a game with a quick bot playtest. Worked example: Lantern Ferry, whose first numbers the bots caught as a one-strategy game.
One Sentence to Game (prompt, iterate, check)
A GameSkill original for any model: a round-1 prompt that turns one sentence into a small finished browser game, a one-change-per-round loop with a creation log, a reusable spec template, and a headless checker that reports console errors, blank frames and dead controls as PASS or FAIL. It does not promise one-shot.
One-button Flight (fair tap-to-flap)
A GameSkill original: the rules of a one-button flight game that is never unfair. Flaps set speed instead of adding it, a fixed-step simulation plays the same at 30 and 144 fps, the hitbox forgives grazes, and a seeded gap generator stays inside the reachable band, checked by an autopilot.
Pixel Diorama Game (tiny isometric pixel games with seamless ambience)
A GameSkill original for making a small browser game as an isometric pixel diorama: one place floating on white, a fixed 30-degree camera, a 360x280 canvas scaled by whole pixels, hue-shifted shading, long hard shadows and one physical action, plus rain, ripples, smoke, embers and lamp flicker drawn by code in loops that wrap without a seam. Ships the Pixel Plays renderer (MIT), our ambience kit and a tested example game.
Procedural Low-Poly Buildings (kit, validator, views)
A GameSkill original: build stylised low-poly buildings in code from a small spec, then prove them: plot and height limits, a triangle budget per tier, closed outward meshes, supported parts, level roofs and side-only taper measured from silhouettes, plus front, side, top and 3/4 renders checked against the geometry.
Steam Launch Check (countdown, refunds, AI disclosure, retro)
A GameSkill original for the weeks around a Steam release: a countdown to every review deadline with business days and holidays, a refund-window check on playtest finish times, an item-by-item AI disclosure draft that rejects vague wording, a retro calculator for numbers exported from Steamworks, and review triage by playtime, version, topic and Steam Deck. Bilingual report, no dependencies, data stays local.
Style Cards (one art style as hard limits, switch looks by switching cards)
A GameSkill original that writes a game's art style down as a card of measurable limits (canvas, colours and palette, alpha, triangles, shading, materials, textures, voxel grid), pastes it into every asset request and checks every asset against it. Ships 12 cards from pixel and one-bit to low-poly, voxel and toon, a no-dependency PNG checker, a Blender GLB checker and a palette locker; switch the whole look by switching the card.
Three.js FPS Weapon Feel (recoil, ADS, touch aim)
A GameSkill original: a learnable recoil pattern whose recovery never undoes the player's own compensation, aim-down-sights with matched sensitivity, spread you can draw as a crosshair, viewmodel bob, sway, kick and flash, and a phone chapter with a move stick, precision look zone and a fire button that aims.
Tower Defense Power Grid (relays, light beam, night)
A GameSkill original: towers fire only while linked to the power source through relays, a fixed capacity is shared in a stable order so new towers never black out old ones, selling recomputes and reports a brownout, a movable light beam adds damage and slow, and at night towers need light to see far.
Web Audio SFX Synth (no audio files)
A GameSkill original: 12 game sound effects made from code with the Web Audio API, plus the mixer around them: unlock on the first tap, a compressed master bus with mute, pitch and level variation, stereo pan, distance falloff and a voice limiter. Every sound is rendered offline and checked for clipping.
